SMART ALEC CARDS

During my fabric book workshop

in Florida last month,

I think I may have over-emphasized

using EVERYTHING

 as a possible element in your artwork.

 Two of my smart alec friends

went to their hotel on Saturday night

and came back with some special gifts for me...

that they'd saved from Sunday breakfast.

Hmmmm.

Can you pick out what they brought me?

So...I came home and used their wonderful gifts!

Guess who's getting a hand made card in the mail?

Create Your Life...

annie!

    1. Thank you Laurie! Nope! The gifts were the wrappers from their jelly, yogurt and fruit cups!!! Now you know why they're 'smart alec' cards. The threads were free motion stitched on by yours truly and the tassels are just more stitching. The hearts were made of paper with a little tulle on top. I know you have a difficult time with your eyesight...so you might need a magnifier to see the 'gifts'. Mwah!
