WHIRLING DERVISH! - IN A TOTALLY GOOD WAY!!!

Dance - a page out of my doodle journal

I've been working like a whirling dervish! Even though I'm not Sufi...or a Dervish...I've seen them in action...in the wee recesses of my memory...from the time that I lived in Ankara, Turkey when I was a child between the ages of 5-9.

Door Knob quilts...in progress

So - I can say that a whirling dervish is pretty much what I feel like...but as I said in the title...in a totally good way.

Free Spirit Brooches

Since my time is more limited than it was last year and will become even more so once the new baby arrives in August, I'm making the best of every minute.

Nissa - Free Spirit Brooch

I'm reading blogs intermittently and leaving comments here and there but I am SO drawn to the play room these days.

I have LOTS of work in progress but there are a few things that I've completed and of which I have interspersed pictures throughout this blog.

  10. Annie! I"m so glad you came to my blog, but not for the reason you'd think. Yes, I'm glad you saw what I posted, but I'm glad because it got me back here. It's been waaaaay tooooo long since I've been around to see what kind of mischief you've been up to and I like what I see. The dolls are so cute. And I love that bird below.
Blessings to you, Coleen in Ukraine
