Remember way back in October when I told you I felt like it was Christmas because I received so many lovely things in the mail while in Texas and Florida?!?
Well, here is another box full of treasures that my dear blogging friend, Constanza, sent me.
I'm so glad I met her on FLICKR...where she goes by the name, Peregrine Blue. She is an incredible person with the sweetest heart and I fully believe we'll meet in person one day - and - I totally look forward to that day. Actually, I'd love to meet all of you.
I couldn't believe the generosity of my online friends...again... when I opened her package.
Every picture in this post is of a piece(s) that came out of her box of goodies.
but you can look back at her photo stream here and more recently at the really fabulous pictures she's been taking in Chile.
She often writes her posts in Spanish...but you don't have to understand the language to be smitten.
You can find more of her art here on her blog...Por Amor Al Arte.
Enjoy looking at the art and photography of this incurable romantic.
Thank you Constanza...
Create Your Life,
annie!

ReplyDeleteSo glad you know of her/took a look. She is amazing.
Deletethanks for directing me to constanza's very enjoyable blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you went to take a look!
DeleteYou sweetheart, you didn't have to make a tribute and all but wow, how touching. I look back at the things I've made throughout the years and even I am taken aback.
ReplyDeleteNow I must write a long post in English about my trip throughout Chile. I leave today for Puerto Varas way down south. Rustic living but spectacular landscapes.
Love you Annie, and that's the honest truth.
I just HAD to show off all of your lovely work and fabrics. I love them...and you! Have a great trip South. I'll look forward to seeing your photos. And...it's mutual. Mushy...right?!?
DeleteWow! what a great gift with all those special items in a package. You must be over the moon! I'll be popping over to her blog and Flickr ...right now!
ReplyDeleteEvery gift I've received from the smallest scrap to the biggest painting (yours) has been received with over the moon happiness and much love and appreciation! I'm sure you've enjoyed her art!
DeleteA true friend sent you beautiful gifts!
ReplyDeleteSO true. We've never met but I feel like she is a solid friend for life.
DeleteHow very cute, each one is like a little treasure and work of art. :)
ReplyDeleteMost of them are little quilts or brooches! I should have made that more clear in my post. I love them all! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteWhat treasures! I look forward to following you both! Terah
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Terah. I know you'll love Constanza's art.
DeleteAnnie, This is so special, when someone is so generous and thoughtful to you to give something that they made. But to give a whole package! And lovely blues! I love that peacock. We're going to see the peacocks at the arboretum this morning, so I'll have to tell them about this!
ReplyDeleteIt is special. Blew my socks off when I opened the box. Constanza told me she was sending some fabric scraps. So much of her precious art was included and I'm happily finding the perfect spot for all of it in my house. I've got the peacock piece under glass on a tabletop. :) Thanks for stopping.
DeleteAnnie what lovely box of goodies you have from
