IT'S NOT LIKE I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO...

But as I was looking at some pictures taken last month,

Not done with this one yet.

I figured I'd catch myself up with old news.

WIP in a journal I left in Colombia.

There's just something in me that needs to 'chronicle'

WIP

in chronological order.

So...

this post...

One of the pillowcase I FMStitched that I hadn't shown before.

is of old pictures...

a bohemiannie! bag that I'll eventually list on Etsy

with captions.

another bag that I'll be listing.

I'm blogging mainly though...

a little door knob quilt that'll be going on Etsy

because we need to stay busy while waiting for an answer on our offer...

I've got a feelin...

that tonight's gonna be a good night.

this is the back side

Tonight's gonna be a good, good night.

my first art journal calendar! better a little late than never

Create Your Life,

gotta get this out and attempt to mark it up now!

  1. Of course I don't want you to be anxious, but I do appreciate the fact that your way of dealing with it is to share more of your lovely work with us. The bags are beautiful and I am still in awe of your FMQ skill.

    1. Thank you so much Charlene. It did knock a good hour off of the morning. Then, we went to buy me a rocking chair. The apartment we're in was only missing that. I'm tickled pink with my new perspective.

  3. What a lot of papery and fabricy goodness. One day I am going to try making a textile your wild raw fabric way. I love these journal pictures too, especially the one in the second photograph, and adore your doorknob quilts.

    1. Thank you Conny! I feel like I'm at a standstill right now. My machine is in the shop and I haven't found too much in the way of art supplies at yard sales...so far. But that's ok cuz we've been so busy with the house hunting.
