Free As A Bird

made a little bird for the pocket on this page

Happy to be on Treasure Island for the next couple nights!

progression

We'll be here 2 nights and then move a little farther south to "our" room at St Pete Beach.

And then...the vacation REALLY begins.

Yipeeee!

Not much to do but walk on the beach.

I guess I ought to call this the Bird Page.

Make a little art.

Eat good food.

In case you didn't know...these pix are of the next page from my People Let Your Light Shine fabric book.

Walk on the beach.

Sit by the pool.

Collect shells.

Read magazines.

Watch the sun rise.

Watch the sun set.

Walk on the beach.

thinking about home

But I DO miss my girls...and home.

Create your life,

Leaving Treasure Island Beach this evening at sunset.

annie!

The sun setting over the Gulf reminded me of the sunrise that I see come up over the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta (above) back in Colombia.

    1. Thanks Adriann! Yep, we'll be in the States for a couple more weeks. Moving to St Pete Beach where we'll FINALLY stay in one place over 2 or 3 nights and then, I'll catch up on my thank you notes and mail. You're at the top of my list for a note. :)

  5. Yes, your birds do have interesting personalities. Have a great holiday and I'm looking forward to seeing your class photographs when you have time when you get back. Your own pages above look so interesting and I enjoyed the last four scenic photographs.
